Spain: CMA CGM announces new weekly service line

CMA CGM (Compagnie Maritime d'Affrètement - Compagnie Générale Maritime, specializing in overseas container transport) announces a new weekly service line from the port of Almeria. Henceforth a ship will depart every Monday. With this new service line CMA CGM intends to improve its connection from the Mediterranean to transatlantic ports.



The company’s first departure is expected on May 13, with the ship DS ACCURACY. The route of this service line is: Naples - Livorno - Genoa - Valencia - Tangier - Algeciras - Almeria - Malta - Naples.

With the introduction of the new timetable, the company meets the demands of import and export markets in southern Spain.
