Netherlands: Fruity Pack takes over fruit salad activites from Fruity-Line
The location of this factory borders on Barendrecht's fruit and vegetable centre. Fruity Pack Ltd is convinced that this is the best location: in the heart of the world wide fruit and vegetable importing activities. Every day the freshest products are available and from a logistic point of view there is maximal efficiency. Thanks to these short lines Fruity Pack Ltd is realising the optimal fresh guarantee for its customers. The fruit salad factory will of course be equipped according to the current demands and guidelines and to process the joint production and expected growth. The completion of the new factory is planned for the second half of 2013.
Fruity Pack Ltd and Fruity-Line Ltd will continue to work together intensively to make the integration of the activities smooth for the customers. Until the new production location is taken into use, Fruity Pack Ltd will use Fruity-Line Ltd's existing production facility in Ochten, as well as its own current production location.
Fruity Pack Ltd is a part of the Olympic Food Group, a tone setting player in the fruit and vegetable import with a strong position in the convenience market.
