Syngenta closes on DuPont Professional Products deal
The deal expands Syngenta's portfolio of insecticide brands and adds a number of DuPont Proofessional Products employees to its staff.
"This acquisition will contribute to our objective of increasing profitability in the lawn and garden business through a focus on integrated solutions for our customers based on high value chemistry and genetics," Robert Berendes, head of business development for Syngenta, said when the acquisition was announced in August.
