Arend-Sosef is the first Full Service Provider of Priva in the world. Priva is a world leader in developing and supplying sustainable technologies for the control of indoor environments within horticulture and the built environment. The contract between Priva and Arend-Sosef, which includes mutual targets for 2013, was signed on 14 September. Priva has recently updated its distribution policy, in order to keep a competitive position in the international horticulture industry.
From now on, the company will work with four types of Value Added Resellers, each with their own speciality. That way, customers know on what level of service a Value Added Reseller is operating, and how to make use of his service. As Full Service Provider, Arend-Sosef operates on the highest level. This means the company is involved in the entire process, from engineering to service and maintenance, and customers can expect maximum support with Priva products.
