Fresh Flow has received the first container of mangoes from Ivory Coast. "We now receive containers every week at Europe Retail Packing in Poeldijk. The color of the mangos is beautiful and the quality is superb," says Ron Jongejan. "We will be putting a good mango on the market in the coming month."
“The current mango market is good.” There is plenty available. Prices are between 4.50 and 5.50 Euro," says the importer. The Ivorian Kent mangos are available at Fresh-Flow in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and are supplied in 4 kg packaging with 240 packages on a pallet. "The containers arrive in Antwerp and then go on to Europe Retail Packing, where they can be packed - two pieces on a tray - and ripened ready to eat."
