Iran is the fourth largest kiwi producing country in the world

It's no surprise that China cultivates a lot of kiwis. That country grows a considerable volume of 2 million tons. Italy and New Zealand are also decent global players on the kiwi market. Farmers there grow 541,000 tons and 411,000 tons respectively. However, according to Statista.com, Iran cultivates 311,000 tons of kiwis. That makes it the fourth largest kiwi producing country in the world.
