Moroccan agro-tech company Agridata has announced its expansion into the international market across three continents, thanks in particular to its BeeOne farm management software, which has attracted growers overseas after being adopted by Morocco's largest groups. This is according to Amine Missa, marketing manager of Agridata.
Missa tells the story of Agridata: "We are a Moroccan-based company that has been providing IT solutions for agriculture since 2006. Our approach has always been grounded in building strong, evolving systems where each project contributes new features to a shared ecosystem. Rather than tailoring a custom solution for each client, we channel field experience into enriching our platform for the benefit of all our users. This strategy has paid off, as today more than a hundred Moroccan growers, including some of the biggest names, trust us, choose us from among a multitude of solutions on the market, and are satisfied with our solutions, making us the leader in the sector. Our spearhead is now BeeOne, the leading farm management software in the agricultural sector in Morocco."
Agridata's expansion into international markets came unprompted, according to Missa. He explains, "It emerged during a phase of active research and benchmarking when our team was evaluating the most relevant geographies for BeeOne. During that time, we began receiving inbound calls from European farmers asking to implement BeeOne on their farms. That interest, coming unprompted, was a strong early sign that our product was resonating beyond Morocco. It confirmed much of what our research was already suggesting: that Europe and Latin America, particularly Chile, were the most promising next steps for us. The unprompted demand from international growers who wanted BeeOne in their farms only reinforced that direction. Today, BeeOne is operational in Saudi Arabia, France, the UK, and Chile, where we recently signed a distribution agreement with our esteemed partner, Gestión y Mercados."
Missa emphasizes that BeeOne's success in such a competitive space is rooted in its design. "The advantages we've built into BeeOne, from cost control to operational depth, have proven to be exactly what growers in several countries need. BeeOne is designed and developed for the Moroccan agricultural model, which is based on exports and price competitiveness and is surrounded by shifting and aggressive risk factors. We therefore offer unparalleled depth of cost analysis. Thanks to BeeOne, growers can consult the cost price per hectare, per plot, and even further: per tree, worker, per KG in real-time. It also includes modules for monitoring complex operations such as irrigation and pest and disease monitoring, in addition to administrative management modules such as budgeting, human resources management, and accounting."
Agricultural needs vary from one crop to another, deeming adaptability crucial. Missa says, "In labor-intensive sectors like soft fruits, managing workforce productivity and cost is the primary challenge. In contrast, for tree crops or cereals, the focus might be less on individual labor and more on optimizing machinery use, water consumption, and bulk inputs. BeeOne is designed to cater to this diversity. A berry grower can leverage detailed human resources and real-time labor cost tracking, while an apple grower can focus on budgeting, inventory, and machinery management modules. This flexibility ensures that every farmer gets a solution tailored to their specific operational priorities."
Cost remains a major advantage in Agridata's outreach, according to Missa. "We believe that a powerful farm management software should not be reserved for large-scale farms only," he says. "From the very beginning, we built BeeOne to serve the full spectrum of growers, from small family farms to large export-driven operations. Our pricing reflects that vision and remains accessible, scalable, and focused on delivering real value at every level. That's why even in Latin America and Europe, BeeOne is consistently perceived as a high-quality yet competitively priced solution."
"The founders, Soufiane Alami and Youssef Kassel have always shared the same commitment to continue to evolve BeeOne to meet the needs of growers around the world. Our focus is on integrating cutting-edge technologies and staying closely aligned with the realities of agriculture in every region we serve," Missa concludes.
