The Fresh Produce Association of America (FPAA) is hosting a free webinar focusing on the potential impacts of the termination of the 2019 Tomato Suspension Agreement. This webinar is a response to the Florida Tomato Exchange's (FTE) request for the Department of Commerce to terminate the 2019 Suspension Agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico and potentially issue an antidumping duty (AD) order.
Scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, at 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (2:00 pm Eastern Time), this session is aimed at helping tomato importers and other industry members understand the implications of such an AD order.
Adams Lee, FPAA's trade lawyer from Harris Bricken, will lead the discussion, providing expert insights and addressing questions from participants. The FPAA is committed to supporting the industry and its members during these uncertain times and has prepared a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document, which will be a topic of discussion in the webinar.
