Dorot Farm, a carrot exporter from Israel, has announced new fresh Rainbow Carrots direct from the company's farm. Dorot Farm said it is very excited to expand its line of product with the rainbow carrots to the North American region.
Ami Ben-Dror, CEO of BDA/Dorot Farm reports that “The first step is launching the rainbow carrots in the North American region to supply foodservice, fresh and cut, and high-end restaurant chefs. Then we will do other steps in different markets and segments.”
Dorot Farm Rainbow Carrots are arriving in 25lb and 5lb bags. Rainbow carrots are available in purple, red, yellow, white and orange each color by itself or mixed carrot bags.
"Rainbow carrots have many health benefits," the company said. "White carrots are rich in dietary fiber which promotes healthy digestion. Orange carrots are high in beta carotene and antioxidants. Purple carrots contain a powerful antioxidant that protects against heart disease. Yellow carrots are a major source of Vitamin A which supports healthy eyes."
