After a successful launch in Amsterdam, the world's first avocado restaurant is now set to take over Manchester.
Since their launch in De Pijp in Amsterdam, The Avocado Show has become best known for The Bun Burger.
Priced at €15, the avocado bun sandwich is Dutch smoked 'ossenworst', bacon, tomato, onion, and grill sauce, served cold with hot nachos and salsa.
The menu also includes vegan and veggie options, including The Avo Rose with wasabi avo and hummous.
Co-founder Ron Simpson - who has been to Manchester before - confirmed that they are talking to several partners in the UK to run the franchise.
