Mann Packing announced its Nourish Bowls line, including the new Bacon Maple Delight flavor profile, along with the company’s Single Cut Leaf Lettuces, Kale Beet Blend Veggie Slaw and expanded line of Organics will be on display in booth #1320 at the Canadian Produce Marketing Association’s Convention & Tradeshow, May 9-11 in Toronto.
Mann’s is a champion of CPMA’s Half Your Plate initiative and will sponsor the 2017 HYP Hockey game in partnership with the Canadian Women’s National Team. The company prominently features the HYP logo on bags of its Sugar Snap Peas distributed in Canada.
At CPMA’s New Product Showcase, Mann’s Nourish Bowls will be featured. The bowls are packed with trending vegetables, easy to prepare, low in calories and highly customizable. Nourish Bowls appeal to a wide demographic and, since launching December 2016, have gained over 3,000 points of distribution across Canada and over 28,000 in the U.S. since launching April 2016.
The new Bacon Maple Delight bowl expands the line with a fresh twist on a traditional favorite. The new bowl is complete with nutrient-rich Brussels sprouts, kale, and kohlrabi, with real bacon and a sweet maple glaze.
Previously under the Simply Singles® banner, Mann’s new Single Cut line includes Better Romaine™, Better Green Leaf™, Better Red Leaf™, and the company’s proprietary Better Burger Leaf® lettuces. The whole line of better-for-you lettuces are washed and ready to use, convenient and multiuse, and preservative free. All lettuces are grown on a family farm in the U.S.
Mann’s new Kale Beet Blend offers a colorful twist on two of the line’s top sellers: Power Blend and Broccoli Cole Slaw. An eye-popping combination of kale, golden beets, kohlrabi and red cabbage, the product stands out on the shelf and offers exceptional versatility. It can be served on its own or incorporated into dishes like salads, smoothies or other meals.
The complete line of Mann’s veggie slaw blends can be prepared tossed, blended or roasted. The line consists of Kale Beet Blend, Broccoli Cole Slaw, Power Blend, and Rainbow Salad – creating its own category in the value added vegetable section in produce.
Additionally, Mann’s will be celebrating #Canada150 in booth #1320, a movement to recognize Canada’s 150th anniversary, with drinks and giveaways.
