First supermarket Vivat to open in Russian Ekaterinburg

Opening of the first supermarket Vivat in Ekaterinburg is scheduled for 31 October, - has said the owner of the group of companies Norman-Vivat Vadim Yusupov.

The grocery store is said to have its own production units for cooking ready-made meals, baking bread, etc. The company is interested in development of spacious stores with an area of 1600 square metres. Mr. Yusupov believes that they have a unique range of products, including the imports from the former CIS countries, which is in high demand among the customers.

It is to note that the company already has several Norman liquor stores in Ekaterinburg.

Ekaterinburg as a densely populated area with relatively high standard of living attracts a lot of large retailers.
