Morocco calls upon European Court of Justice

FIFEL (Interprofessional federation of Moroccan fruit and vegetable production and export) are not satisfied with the most recent arrangements between Morocco and the UE and are taking it court. According to a source, an international law firm has been called upon to take the matter to the EU's Court of Justice.

The FIFEL professionals are bitter and angry at the situation and deem the European decision to reform entry conditions of Moroccan products as illegal. They believe that the solutions they have been presented with are only partial and do not give Morocco their full rights. This is why they have called up upon the Court of Justice which should intervene in 2 weeks.
