"In the past few years, we have been pushing on growth in order to face the crisis, which has certainly affected us, though things would have been worse if our strategy did not include international markets and the creation of business relations in those foreign countries more suitable for our productions. We have placed our bets on all round quality, for product manufacturing as well as in the company and relationship system," explains marketing director Stefano Graziani.
Graziani Packaging produces packaging elements, mostly for fruit and vegetables, but also for foodstuffs (Ferrero, Nestlé, Amadori and Bauli are among the clients) and industrial products. In 2012, they reached 30 countries in Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East and Central and Southern America.
"Recently, we have made an investment on the latest technologies available for the production of plastic straps but which can also be used to process material recycled from PET bottles. Currently, we are the only Italian company producing both corner pieces and straps used in the palletization of goods shipped all over the world."
In addition to the products representing the core-business of the company i.e. Magic-Corner® cardboard corner pieces, Magic-Strap® straps and Magic-Net® extruded net, this year Graziani Packaging will arrive at Macfrut with three new products.
Hydro corner pieces (in the photo above), completely water-repellent and 100% recyclable. Aimed mainly for use in the fruit and vegetable sector, it combines the needs of the market with those of the environment.
Stefano Graziani will attend Macfrut 2013 in the Graziani Packaging stand, Pavilion B -Stand 182-183.
