France: Casino granted permission to buy Norma
The stores in question are located in the Southeast of France, with the majority in the Lyon region and along the Mediterranean coat. While Casino's acquisition is expected to come into force by the end of the first half of the year, the French retailer may have to sell several stores in regions where it already holds a dominant position.
