"Warnez want to make itself better known as organic supplier"

Warnez and Pomfresh bio-certified

"Organic is by far the best solution", "Coop want a turnover of a billion with organic products", "Large demand in Germany for organic potatoes", "Organic potatoes and fruit doing well." These are only a few of the striking titles often passing the review. Also Warnez has been interested in this organic situation for a while, nobody can stay away from it. Especially the enthusiasm of the group of growers in the Belgian region Hesbaye to include organic potatoes in their crop rotation is an important element in this story. Their years' long experience with organic plants and the possibility to store the potatoes in a cooperative relationship are important extra trump cards in addition to the perfect type of soil in this area. On the side of Warnex are various sales channels: especially the demand for firm cooking organic potatoes in the peeled segment for the large scale kitchens wins in importance. Both the packing station of Warnex as the peeling company Pomfresh have been
bio-certified, as a result of which Warnex want to make itself better known as a supplier of organic potatoes."
