Spain: Market suffers from massive production abroad
Spanish growers are now voicing their indignation. Our cattle, they say, are fed by grains we’re not allowed to grow, but that is shipped in from abroad in enormous quantities. Almeria tomato growers can no longer compete with cheap Moroccan produce and Andalusia cattle farmers cannot sustain themselves, growers warn.
