Ireland: Aldi plans new stores

Cashing in on its recent successes in Ireland, Aldi is said to be looking at opening three new stores in Limerick.

Aldi is currently in consultation with the local authorities, but the council seems to be in favour of the job creation the new store would entail, despite the fact that there may be an need to change existing planning regulations for at least one of the new stores.
