Updated: Marco Plastics new MacroBin 29 designed for apples

Macro Plastics has a new lightweight MacroBin made with state of the art technology. This new bin is 48 X 48 X 28 and weighs 63 pounds. The MacroBin 29 is being made in the company’s Union Gap, WA plant.

Macro Plastics state of the art design technology has designed this bin to be lightweight yet strong and durable. At 63 lbs, it is approximately 30 lbs lighter than comparable sized plastic harvest bins, while including features that outperform wood bins. The MacroBin 29 has a revolutionary “bruise buffer zone” technology, interlocking stackable feature for increased safety and are highly ventilated to maximize airflow and cool fruit quickly. The new MacroBin 29 has all the benefits of plastic at a cost comparable to a wood bin.

The MacroBin 29 was designed for the Washington State apple growers and other storage applications who were looking for a plastic bin that is cost competitive with a wood bin. Pre sales of the new MacroBin 29 have been brisk with anticipated delivery in late September.

Available fully ventilated as shown or completely solid.
