Ninety-year old Aat Hoekstra built up one of South Africa's most successful table grape enterprises in Paarl, Western Cape and he's far from retirement.
Hoekstra Fruit Exporters, established in 1954, produces 1.2 million cartons of table grapes a year. CGTN Africa visited the well-known grape grower on his farm where the new harvest will start around Christmas.
He discusses the table grape industry and how they still obtain premium prices on a seeded variety called Muscat Delight.
