The European Commission is currently inviting senior level representatives from both producer organisations and individual companies from key sectors with the highest potential to develop successful trade with Saudi Arabia and Iran to take part in a Business Delegation, which will visit Saudi Arabia between 7 and 10 November and to Iran between 10 and 12 November 2017.
Candidates may choose to apply to take part in the Business Delegation to Saudi Arabia, to Iran, or to both countries.
The programme will include seminars, business meetings and field visits with a view to providing participants with targeted information on Saudi and Iranian markets, as well as consumers' preferences. Additional activities for the Business Delegation in Iran will likely take place also on 13 November, subject to confirmation at a later stage.
The Commission will organise a briefing meeting in Brussels for all selected applicants where a dedicated market entry handbook will be circulated.
