High insulation and low weight doors

A special door designed for partitioning your warehouse or storage with relatively high temperature differences. These doors are insulated, flexible roll doors for inside use in temperature-controlled zones or areas, like fruit storage units, cooling cells, drying chambers and such.

"Iso Roll Doors are relatively easy to use for large span widths. The doors consist of 2m-wide panels that are interlinked in the door. Basically, there is no limit to the width that can be supplied", explains Willem van der Does of BG Door.

Iso Roll Doors combine high insulation with low weight and can be used in a temperature range of -35ºC to +80º Celsius. The door leaf consists of two layers of PVC Trevira fabric with insulating polyether in between. "These doors come in three sizes thick (4,6 or 8 cm) but stil reaching a very high insulation value (for those interested: K= 0,3/0,5 W/md2K). This insulation value is achieved because of the complete absence of thermal bridges. So what about condensation problems? Those are limited to a minimum due to the water vapor permeability of the materials used."

"Many satisfied customers use the electrically operated Iso Roll Doors. Such as Veiling Hoogstraten in Belgium for partitioning their strawberry supply hall. Other users in Belgium include Reo Veiling Roeselare, Belortra Veiling St Katelijne in Waver and Pepinster Jupille market halls in Liege. In the Netherlands well known satisfied customers are The Greenery, Flora Holland and Aartsen Fruit."
