Company releases new mushroom coffee
When drinking too much coffee people can experience upset stomachs, crashes at midday, or even insomnia. Four Sigmatic claims that while the coffee keeps you awake, giving the energy some workers desperately need, it comes without the unwanted side-affects.
According to Tami Abedowale at Delish, each cup of Mushroom Coffee contains about 40 mg of caffeine, which is roughly half the amount in a standard cup of coffee. For those who do not like the taste of mushrooms they can drink easy, as the coffee doesn't have the taste of mushrooms.
The drink is made by liquefying and drying mushrooms, taking the mushroom extract, and then adding it to regular coffee. The process can even be done at home.
