"We go for differentiation, that is why we harvest the product once it has matured in the tree and offer it directly to the consumer," says Sancho, manager of Natur Citrus Spain. This family business is committed to offering a natural product, little processing and with a casual look. "This detail influences our volume of sales due to the preferences of some countries in the presentation of the product," says Sancho. However, it has not slowed them in the French market, which they just entered.
On the other hand, they use their network of contacts to make themselves known, avoiding intermediaries, making "B2B" their main form of communication. "At Natur Citrus Spain we do things like they did 50 years ago, but that is what allows us to give a personalized service to the customer", says Sancho.
