The company has recently updated its website for both clients and consumers.

But that's not all. The Sicilian company also cultivates rhubarb (1.5 ha), mint (1 ha), rosemary (1 ha) as well as thyme, marjoram, oregano, tarragon, wild fennel, dill and coriander. 30 pallets of aromatic herbs are harvested every week and the company produces around 300 tons of basil, 80 of mint, 10 of coriander and 10 of wild fennel every year.

"We sell our products loose or in 30-40 to 100 gram trays. These are placed in 30x50 plastic and wooden crates depending on the needs of clients."

"Consumption in Italy is increasing slightly and almost doubles over Christmas and Easter. Our prices have remained unvaried since last year and those of Basil hover between a minimum of €3 and a maximum of €7/kg. The best prices are obtained between December and February"
