Prevention protocol against coronavirus defined for the potato harvest in Cordoba, Argentina

The Government of Cordoba met with producers from different localities to coordinate the development of a protocol to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the upcoming potato harvest.

This week, Lucas Giorgi, the General Director of Agrarian Work and Rural Affairs of the provincial Ministry of Labor, met with representatives from the sector to define and unify criteria regarding specific sanitary security measures to implement in the coming days.

The meeting was held on the premises of the Villa Dolores Rural Society, and was also attended by the Secretary of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Marcos Blanda; the director of the Traslasierra Regional COE, Juan Uez; the mayor of San Jose, Hugo Gomez, and his counterpart from Los Cerrillos, Jose Vargas.
