Imported organic pears have started and Morning Kiss Organic looks forward to a successful season. The import season runs from March thru June, and seasonal varieties that will be offered include Packham, D’Anjou and Bartlett. Currently, Morning Kiss carries Bartlett pears from Argentina. Morning Kiss Organic carries organic pears year-round working with growers in Argentina, California and Washington.
Pears are available in full-size cartons or half cartons, with the option to have an organic band around each piece of fruit to ensure retailers get the organic sale at check out. Morning Kiss Organic is also offering a 2lb bag--packed as a 12/2lb or 18/2lb.

"Pears are popular among all demographics, and we expect good volume from Argentina this season with plenty of opportunities for promotions for our retail partners." Morning Kiss Organics is working to expand its organic pear line to include red pears this year.
Pears are a source of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants and make a good lunchbox snack, or a sweet addition to salads and desserts. Pears are ripe when they smell fragrant and are soft to the touch near the stem.
The pears will be packed fresh to order. Morning Kiss Organic employs just-in-time inventory management, reducing losses to product spoilage at retail.
