The experience gained by Idromeccanica Lucchini, also thanks to a continuous and successful interaction with horticulturists, has highlighted the need to combine the advantages of greenhouse cultivation with large cultivable areas, keeping their costs low. The Multytunnel greenhouse fulfills this need, multiplying the number of spans to cover large portions of land with a simple and inexpensive structure. Easy installation, robustness and better productivity are the main features of the Multytunnel greenhouse.
Handy and convenient
Idromeccanica Lucchini offers an ingenious and economic solution, which simplifies the work in the greenhouse and allows to operate more easily by using a straight side flexure instead of a round one. This solution allows an optimization of space, a greater ease in the working phases and guarantees access to the greenhouse also for agricultural mechanical devices with cabs.
Setup and Structure
Installing the Multytunnel greenhouse is also simple and non-invasive, and does not require cumbersome work on the arable land. The arches are coupled together with strong fixings, while the presence of clamps inserted in the ground avoids the need for cement pouring. The structures of the arches are made of galvanized steel, with a round tube diameter of 60 mm. The thickness is 2 mm, while the spacing between the arches varies from 1.50 to 2.00 meters. The spacing is calculated so that the structure can withstand the weight of the snow and the wind thrust.
A solution for all customers
The Multytunnel greenhouse by Idromeccanica Lucchini offers a wide range of tailor-made solutions, according to the customer's needs. Upon request, horizontal tie rods with supports for the internal arches can be inserted. The greenhouse can also be equipped with a sprinkler or drip irrigation system, supplied directly by Idromeccanica Lucchini.
