Startup launches Bluetooth banana phone

While it may be one of the oldest jokes in the book, a startup has made the banana phone a reality. The banana phone is a Bluetooth enabled device which connects to your smartphone and lets you take calls. The device was developed by Max Brown, Brian Brunsing and Charlie Katrycz who crowdfunded their idea and raised $30,000 dollars to make it a reality.

The phone will retail at $49.99 and 1% of all sales will go towards a non-profit organization working towards the conservation of wild mountain gorillas. The company hopes their product will lighten up peoples days and encourage a bit of silliness in people's daily grind.
