The Secretary of Labor opens the Certification requests every year at a national level. This year 900 applications were opened and 320 out of the 900 have been remitted to the employees of Horticola Del Desierto/Desert Farms - a staggering 30%.

With the official certificates the employees are more likely to get contracted within the agricultural sector as it is easier to identify their skills and experience for a potential employer.
