Taiwan: Smuggled mushrooms intercepted

The Taiwan Golden Coast Guard recently intercepted 79 boxes of smuggled mushrooms from mainland China with a total weight of 1800 kg. Two smugglers from Xiamen City were apprehended and are currently being questioned according to relevant laws and regulations. Cheap smuggled mushrooms have been flooding the market of late, affecting prices and disrupting the livelihoods of Taiwan's mushroom farmers.
