Victorian potato farmer offers potato ice cream

Val Murphy isn't your typical potato grower. While she does ship them off to retailers like others, she also likes to make creative recipes with them. Recipes like mashed potatoes, French fries however aren't what are catching eyes, it's Mrs Murphy's potato ice cream.

If anyone is curious to try some of these potato surprises, Mrs Murphy offers tours. On her "Potato padock to plate" tours guests get the chance to try many of her peculiar recipes including potato cake, potato dips and others.
