New avocado cafe opening in Amsterdam

If you thought that the avocado trend was winding down, think again. Opening in Amsterdam this year, a new cafe is dedicating its entire menu to the beloved green fruit. The menu contains recipes including avocados and the restaurant will be appropriately called "The Avocado Show".



The cafe will open sometime in 2017 and will be located in the De Pijp neighborhood of Amsterdam and will serve breakfast lunch and dinner but also late night snacks. The cafe joins others hopping on the highly profitable trend of avocados, like many similar pop-up bars located around the United States.
