Van Wamel's Perfect Uni-Roller will be officially presented at the Fruit Logistica in Berlin. After extensive tests in the Netherlands (apples, pears) and Spain (citrus, peaches, apricots, apples) the machine is now available for the market. Due to the unique set up, in which the carriers are fixed across the chain, oblong fruits such as Conference can also be sorted without a problem.
With a sorting speed of 15 fruits per second per track max, a very high capacity can be reached with a compact installation. The well thought through unloading systems ensures that fruit friendly treatment is possible even at high speeds.
Using the standard touchscreen, the speed of V-belts, singlers, rotation speeds brushes, track, drainage and accumulation tracks can all be individually set. Fruit specific settings can be easily saved.
