Stemilt is looking forward to connecting with its customers at the PMA Fresh Summit. The company will be showcasing new and innovative offerings and announce its plans for the crops it has available now and in the coming months.
Fresh Blenders™ apples are one of the products featured at the show. These 5lb. pouch bags of value grade apples are directly marketed to the growing crowd of consumers who make juice/smoothies at home. The apples are not a premium grade as they are misshapen or have a lighter color. “However, they have excellent juicing quality,” says Brianna Shales with Stemilt. “For retailers, it is a great product to bring in and sell out. It creates a juicing destination in the produce department and supports the sale of fruit and vegetable varieties that are so popular for juicing,” Shales added.
In addition, Stemilt will feature its Lil Snappers®, kid-sized fruits, Rushing Rivers™ pears, and Piñata® apples. Each of these products/programs are exclusive to Stemilt.
