Love Beets’ new to market beet bar is exhibiting in the ‘On the Go’ section of the PMA Fresh Summit’s Fresh Ideas Showcase. The product targets adults as well as children who want to eat healthfully while they are on the go, and those who enjoy a wholesome snack at home. “Our Blueberry-Beet bar perfectly pairs beets and blueberries together,” says Emily Spring with Love Beets, “and our Apple-Beet and Cherry-Beet bars are tasty and sweet enough to satisfy, too!
