The Bontà di Stagione project – a world premiere at Fruit Logistica 2015 – subverts and replaces four standards: passion instead of duty, impulse instead of work, instinct instead of routine, and indulgence instead of eating. The project includes Fresh cut salads, Soups and Ready meals.
Euroverde stresses that the secrets of Bontà di Stagione are simple but not easy: less salt (because the ingredients are tastier), shorter cooking times (to maintain nutrient content and freshness), and only extra virgin olive oil (seasoned by the company and added cold). Rather than efficiency and saving costs, the goal is to provide consumers with full flavours and healthy food.
