Pick of the world at Fruit Logistica 2015

Meet 22 suppliers from West Africa and Central America ready for European partnerships during Fruit Logistica 2015. The leading international exhibition for the fresh produce trade will take place from 4 - 6 February at Messe Berlin. Four CBI Pavilions (Hall 3.2, Stand C-19; Hall 7.2b, Stand B-05; Hall 7.2b, Stand A-02; and Hall 23, Stand D-04) will help match European companies with handpicked suppliers from developing countries.

Freshness and quality. Selection and reliability. Food safety and corporate responsibility. However they are paired, the mix of requirements for Europe's produce marketplace is demanding. Consumers want healthy choices and exotic options, but they want to know their produce meets all the international food safety and hygiene protocols. At Fruit Logistica 2015, CBI presents 22 producers who can satisfy any combination of requirements.

At the CBI Pavilions fairgoers will find a growing season that spans the globe. From Senegal to Central America, Ghana to Guatemala -- they'll meet producers ready for the European marketplace. All have invested heavily to prepare for successful partnerships in Europe. Not only have they completed extensive CBI programmes to meet European market standards for fresh fruits and vegetables, they are also dedicated to corporate social responsibility, ethical trading and sustainable production. All 22 producers are GLOBALG.A.P.-certified or in the process of being certified.

The CBI exhibitors can provide consistent and sustainable sources for a range of fresh produce including seedless watermelons, pineapples, rambutan, mangoes, limes and other exotic fruits, African yams, sweet potatoes, okra, French beans and more. The geographic scope represented can deliver fresh off-season fruits and vegetables to Europe, as well as a wide range of exotics.

Potential partners can meet programme participants at four CBI Pavilions (Hall 3.2, Stand C-19; Hall 7.2b, Stand B-05; Hall 7.2b, Stand A-02; and Hall 23, Stand D-04). There will also be CBI sector experts available to answer specific questions.
