Russian Krasnodar to launch mushroom production factory
The factory will comprise buildings for growing, freezing, vacuuming and preserving of mushrooms, as well as facilities for mycelium manure production.
The designed capacity of the factory is up to 2450 MT of mushroom products per year.
Investment in the project is estimated at 250.3 million rubles (~5 million Euro).
