Innovation-Award presentation by State Secretary Sharon Dijksma

21 innovation-entries at PotatoEurope

This year an Innovation Award will be presented to the organisation with the most innovative and inventive product of service simultaneously together with a substantial market potential. A skilled jury led by Albert Jan Maat, chairman LTO Netherlands, will decide who will receive the prize. The other members of the jury are René van Diepen, NAO; Anton Haverkort, WUR and Jaap Delleman, Aardappelwereld.

Next Level Innovation Award - 21 entries
The organisation this year received 21 entries from at home and abroad. This is 20% more than the previous edition. The innovations come from the entire potato chain and show that companies are looking for The Next Level.

Presentation by Sharon Dijksma
The Innovation Award will be presented by State Secretary Sharon Dijksma at 11 o'clock on 11 September at PotatoEurope. The ceremony will take place in the restaurant of the Stock Exchange. The winners of the medals will be announced on 6 September.

PotatoEurope 2013 will take place in Emmeloord on 11 and 12 September and so far counts about 250 stand holders from 15 countries.
