Javeko replaces cold store doors Farm Frites in Egypt

For Javeko the fruit and vegetable sector is still the most important market. They build both cool cells (to 0°C) and for freezing (o to -28°C). The freezing cells are fitted with thicker insulation panels. The company also build cooling cells for ULO-storage of apples and pears. The sizes of these vary from small to large and from one or more than one cell per fruit company. Part of the building program is the completion with test results. "Each ULO-cell is immediately tested professionally for gas leaks, so that the fruit grower is certain that his apples and pears are stored subject to the applicable standards. A good feeling in combination with the guarantee a period of 5 years," the director explains.



Unfortunately many fruit and vegetable traders are still experiencing the results of the financial crisis, which we are still in the middle of. Javeko is experiencing problems as a result of this, so it has decided to stretch its wings abroad, not just close by, but in Egypt. Javeko is very busy at the moment with assembling and installing doors for the cold stores of the new potato storage of the internationally operating Farm Frites. Of course the work there is done subject to completely different conditions from those in the Netherlands. It is an exceptional experience for Javeko. Also the technicians at Javeko are changing the doors of the cold store of the existing potato storage at Farm Frites in Cairo. 
 
Javeko offer a large variety of insulation materials of exclusive top brands. The company has both polyurethane and polystyrene insulation panels in the assortment. As fire prevention is playing a more and more important role, Javeko also offers the correct products for this requirement, such as rockwool panels. This freedom of brands also applies to revolving and sliding doors. Skilled assembly workers make sure that all is built into a perfectly insulated area for which the building is done by adhering to existing regulations, so that the cold stores satisfy the hygiene code of every branch, such as the HACCP- and BRC-norms.
