Netherlands: For rent: conditioned distribution center in Barendrecht

Those interested in renting a conditioned distribution center can now head for Barendrecht in Holland. The center, divided in two floors, consists of pilot areas, (internal) offices, sanitary facilities, canteens and changing rooms. The distribution center is equipped with a concrete loading pit and a paved outdoor area, located on 8835 m2 land. On-site there are plenty of parking spaces.

Additional details:

Besides the convenience of the central location with good access to surrounding roads, there has been a recent overhaul in which all required installations in relation to cooling cells and other outlets were completely renewed. Renting part of the center is also a possibility.

The distribution center was built in 1994 and renovated in 2002. In 2012, as mentioned above, the cold storage facilities and other electrical connections were almost completely modernized.
