US: New handy apricot snack pack
Turkish Apricots are being offered by Great Lakes International Trading in a 1.4 oz. snack tray that can easily be placed in a lunchbox as a healthy treat for children. The 9 snack trays arrive in packaging modeled on a school bus to capture the imagination of a school age child. The product has no added sugar and is naturally fat free. The packs are easy opening and arrive with peak season flavor. The Yummy Fruit Bus is directed toward a demographic that rarely has been approached for the consumption of Apricots.
Great Lakes has a second product launch immediately following the Awesome Apricot Yummy Fruit Bus. They will introduce the Chummy Cherry Yummy Fruit Bus to provide a second healthy lunchbox favorite. Dried Turkish Cherries will arrive in a 1.0 tray in the same formatted school bus. The Yummy Fruit Bus will be on display at the PMA in October in booth 628 and 634.
