Central warehouse Aldi moving

Aldi have removal stress; the complete staff compliment of the German central warehouse and the entire assortment in storage at the moment is moving
from the old address at the industrial grounds Radevormwald-Mermbach, to the new industrial area Rade-Ost. Here 130 employees will start shortly. The new halls are already lit up at night.

Aldi have bought an area of 100,000m2. At the new warehouse sixty lorries can be loaded simultaneously. From here 55 Aldi branches in the region will be supplied with products. Also the new bread baking automaton, with which Aldi plan to compete with bakeries, will be installed from here in the branches. The present central Aldi warehouse will be sold. A forwarding and a production company are said to have shown an interest already.
