PMA hosts Fresh Connections: Chile

Members of the fresh produce industry will have the opportunity to connect and network with the entire Chilean fresh produce supply chain – growers, exporters, wholesalers and retailers – as well as learn about innovations and technological applications in all areas of industry production during Produce Marketing Association’s (PMA) Fresh Connections: Chile on April 19.

Attendees will hear from a range of subject-matter experts including: Rich Dachman, Sysco Corp., on approaching the foodservice market; Lisa Cork, Fresh Produce Marketing, discussing packaging and marketing trends; Felipe Martin, Comision Nacional de Riego, covering Australia and a vision for improving the national water situation; Ed Treacy, PMA, sharing success stories from the Produce Traceability Initiative; Hugh Mowat, Marks & Spencer, discussing supermarket innovation; and Chilean Minister of Labor, Evelyn Matthéi, imparting agriculture labor insights.
