US (FL): Publix to build $188 million distribution centre
The company plans to have the centre open by the end of 2014 to Richard Schuler, Publix's vice president of distribution.
Publix have already approved approval for the centre from the City of Orlando and the state of Florida, for an incentive package of $3.8 million.
The package includes a tax refund to the company, provided it fulfils specified staffing requirements and other contractual objectives.
