Among the exhibitors at Fruit Logistica in Berlin (8-10 February 2012), again this year will be Consorzio Kiwigold. It will be in Piazza Italia with some of the major representatives of Italian fruit and vegetable chain.
The Consortium is busy with the development of its Jingold brand, recognized as synonymous with freshness and excellence by an ever wider range of consumers.
In Berlin, Kiwigold will introduce 'Crème di Kiwi Jingold', which offers a range of new ways to eat golden flesh kiwifruits: a refined dessert to eat with a spoon, for your own pleasure or to serve to guests, a practical snack and fresh tea-time treat.
'Crème di Kiwi' is different from the usual mousse. Thanks to its "semi-solid, spooning" consistency, it is a real dessert that can be served on a plate and which meets the needs of those who, as consumers of kiwis, seek a sense of well-being and naturalness, without having to renounce the pleasure of flavour.
'Crème di Kiwi' is available in the versions kiwifruit-peach and kiwifruit-pear.
