Japan: Seikou celebrates 102 years in the business

Seikou is a film processing manufacturer specialized in the agricultural wrapping and packaging products in Japan, the company was established 102 years ago.

Seikou supplies packing material which is environmentally friendly the company works on a “5 S” principle: Safety, Security, Speed, Smile, Simplicity, and Steadiness.

Seikou has a 25% share of the wrapping and packaging materials market for fruit and vegetables in Japan. At our their three factories located in Japan, the company processes a wide variety of films such as rectangular or triangular packs, self-standing packs, specially formed pack suited for each agricultural product, and so on.

The company is continually actively researching and developing everyday how to keep fresh produce fresher for longer.

Due to having their own production facilities for printing and manufacturing packs, Seikou are able to supply clients the total solution including material procurement, production, inspection, custody logistics, right up to sales.
