Avocados From Mexico to exhibit at The Restaurant Canada Show
The RC Show attracts foodservice professionals from all over the country, showcasing important trends in the industry.
Avocados from Mexico views the Canadian foodservice industry as an important partner in promoting Mexico's avocados. During the show, Avocados from Mexico stated that they will encourage the industry to include avocados in their menus by showcasing a number of delicious recipes, including an avocado cheesecake and a creamy avocado salad dressing.
Chef Rachel Bies will demonstrate recipes and share ideas, tips, and tricks on how to cook avocados during the “Avos 101: Get the 411 on the worlds most perfect fruit” presentation, which will be held Monday, February 27th at 11am on the culinary stage.
