California grower sells plastic-wrapped avocados
The avocados will be sold around $3.00 per avocado and come pre-cut, pre-peeled and with the pit removed. While this may be good news to some, others on social media have called out the product for its wasteful packaging since unaltered avocados are already ready for store shelves.
